摘要
作者1980年4月～1992年12月共收治先天性胆管囊肿39例,其中囊肿小肠吻合术后再次手术者13例。阐述了囊肿消化道内引流术的缺点,认为囊肿切除胆肠 Roux-Y 吻合术及囊肿切除人工乳头式间置空肠胆管十二指肠吻合术可明显降低术后并发症和再手术率,远期随访疗效满意。
Thirty-nine pationts with congenital dilatation of the bile duct were operated upon from Apr.1980 to Dec. 1992,including 13 patients having had previous cysto- duodenostomy or cystojejunostomy.According to the classification of Todani,22 patients had type Ⅰ a,2 pa- tients type Ⅰ b,12 patients type Ⅰ c,2 patients type Ⅳ- B and 1 patient type Ⅴ cysts.Follox-up showed that ex- cision of the cyst with Roux-en-Y cholangiojejunostomy or with a part of free jejunm of artificial papilla interposi- tioned between anastomosed the duodenum and the bil- iary tract.Has been assoeciated with better results than simple cystojejunostoy or cystoduodenostomy
