摘要
蔗糖是世界上产量最多的有机结晶产品之一。生产过程的蔗糖结晶速度是反映生产效率的一个重要指标,影响蔗糖结晶速度的因素很多。本文提供了应用磁场处理糖液以提高蔗糖结晶速度的一些单晶静态和群晶动态试验的研究结果及理论分析,显示了磁处理技术在强化蔗糖结晶过程上的应用前景。
The paper gives the trial results and the theory analyses of single crystal trials and mass crystds trials that the magnetic field treatment of sucrose solution is used in arising the growth rate of sucrose, and shows the prospect that the technology of magnetic treatment is used in strengthening the crystallization of sucrose.
