摘要
本文用罚有限元法对立车滑枕、滑座模拟实验装置进行了三维接触分析,并利用有限元超收敛理论使计算精度得以提高。计算结果与用测压针等方法得到的实测值的一致性,证明了本文的计算法和所编FORTRAN程序适用于分析机床各种滑动接触面之间的接触压力分布和接触刚度。
This paper have made a three-dimensional contact analysis on the simulative test device of vertical lathe sliding pedestal by means of the penalty finite element method.The calculating precision has been inprored by using of the exceed convergence theory of finite element.The results of calculating and measuring are good identical. this proves that our calculating method and FORTRAN program are suitable for analysing the pressure distribution and contact rigidity beween various sliding contact surfaces of lathes.
