The geographical information system(GIS), a technique for processing space data,more coroplicated than any special information techn que,is a comprenensive incarnation of multisubject contents and methods. This paper tries to prove that GIS is the most advaneed, broadly applied subject at present by properly arranging GIS and describing its principle.
