常规柱反相HPLC/CGC在线联用技术的研究——沸点蒸发技术转移大体积含水流动相

Study on the On-line Couple Normal Column Reversed Phase HPLC/CGC——Boiling Point Evaporation Large Volume LC Elution

本文采用沸点蒸发技术和自行设计的接口,对常规柱反相HPLC/CGC联用进行了研究.成功地转移了400μL含水LC流动相进入保留间隙,并结合具体样品对该接口的性能进行了测试和讨论.

In this paper the technique of on - line couple reversed PhaseHPLC/CGC is studied. By using boiling point evaporation method,400u HPLCelution is transferred to GC retention gap. The interface's properties are tested and discussed in detail.
