摘要
本文通过logA-λ谱图法与A-γ谱图法的比较,介绍了logA-γ谱图法在刑事毒物分析中具有测试浓度范围宽,灵敏度高,定性比对直观,定量精确、方便等优点.并经临案实践证明,值得同行借鉴.
A method of logA-λ spectrum in UV is described by comparing with A-λ spectrum. The method has the following advantages that are high sensitive, easy to perform and accurate. The range of concentration determination is large.
