摘要
对刺玫果的理化性质和理化鉴别方法做了初步研究,为刺玫果的初步鉴别提供了7项理化方法.
In this paper is made the first-step research of the thorn-rose fruit's physio -chemical properties and physio - chemical discrimination ways,and are provided seven physio -chemical ways for the preliminary discrimination of the thorn-rose fruit.
