摘要
针对45钢零件淬火开裂的问题,从化学成分、工件尺寸、工件折迭划痕及厚度差等方面,对淬裂原因进行了分析。指出,解决淬裂的简便而易行的办法是,采用氯化钙饱和溶液或AQ251等淬火介质淬火;万全之策是采用亚温淬火。若工件服役性能对未溶游离铁素体要求不太苛刻时,则可完全采用亚温淬火来防止淬裂。
In the light of the quenching cracks occurred in workpieces made by steel 45,the reasons of the cracks, for instance, the chemical composition, size of workpieces, folding and score in the workpiece surfaces and difference in thickness, etc, are analysed. It is realized that the simple and easy way to solve the quenching cracks lies on using calcium chloride saturated solution or AQ25l as the hardening medium, and adopting subthermal hardening. The author mentioned that if the limitation of unmelted free ferrite is not strictly required in the view of serviceability of workpieces, then it is completely able to adopt subthermal hardening for eliminating the cracks.
