摘要
本文研究了摩擦材料摩擦特性对轿车前(盘式)、后(鼓式)制动器制动力之比的影响。根据对前、后制动器总成大量的测功器测试结果,计算并绘出前、后制动力之比值随制动管路压力、车速、制动温度的变化关系曲线,并与设计值作了对比分析。讨论它对轿车制动稳定性的影响,为制动性能计算、制动器设计和制动衬片摩擦材料的选配提供依据和参考,从而保证轿车的制动稳定性。
In this paper the influence of the friction characteristics of friction materials upon the braking force distribution ratio between front disc type brake and rear drum type brake is investigated. Based on a large number of dynamometer tests of front and rear brake assembly,a set of curves expressing the variations in front and rear braking-force distribution ratio along with different pressure inside brake pipes, vehicle speeds and braking temperatures are calculated and plotted, then compared and analysed with the designed ones.In order to ensure the braking stability of a passenger car, the investigation above mentioned provides a basis and reference for calculating braking Performance,designing brakes and adopting friction materials of brake linings.
