摘要 本文从三个方面研究提高天平测量精确度,包括:设计一种小干扰的元件结构;精心选优,精心粘贴,高质量的温度自补偿箔式应变计,尽可能实行体轴校正,无法实行体轴校时,应对载荷进行轴系修正。Φ18六分量天平作为课题研究的实例,标模动校测量精度达到国家标准标规定的先进指标。地轴校载荷修正后的标模动校结果与体轴校的标模动校结果吻合。 in order to improve the measurement accuracy of wind tunnel balances it is researched in three aspects in this papar including: designing a type of drag component in low interaction; Choising high quality of straing guames in temperature self-compensating and choising the excellent and mounting the guages meticulously; calibrating the balance with repositioning as possible as it could be.If calibrating with non-repositioning loads should be corrected take. The Φ18 six component balance as an example of this investigation, its measurement accuracy of GB-04standard model in wind tunnel comes up to adyanced world standards, and results obtained by load correction in non-repositioning calibration coincide with results of repositioning calibration.
