高压塑料电力电缆半导电层界面现象的研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文综合分析研究高压塑料电力电缆半导电屏蔽层的场强效应、热效应和界面效应,指出半导电层与绝缘层间的界面效应将从局部放电、水树放电方面影响电缆运行寿命。通过经验公式可以计算界面场强、计算半导电层ε值、限定半导电层ρ值以改善界面场强分布,计算和控制有害杂质尺寸、有害气隙尺寸,克服和减少界面接触不良引起的附加损耗以提高电缆性能和运行寿命。 In this article are presented the research results of the electric field strengh effect,heat effect and boundary effect of semiconducting layer used as the high voltage plastic power cables.The paper shows that,the boundary effect between semiconduc- ting layer and insulati on layer may produce a impact for service life from partial discharge,water treeing and electrical treeing.Make use of experienced formula may calculate the electric field strengh of boundary,calculate dielectric constant (ε)of semiconducting layer,prescribe restivity(ρ)of semiconducting layer for improve the distribution of electric field strengh of boundary,calculate and dominate mesasurem- ents of harmful impurities and gaps,surmount and decrease additional loss of loose contact of boundary for improve the propreties and service life of power cables.
