摘要
介绍了康明斯6B柴油机曲轴在锻压机上的曲面分模直接模锻成型工艺。对工艺方案的确定及银模设计中的一些关键问题进行了分析。应用该模锻工艺和模具,已累计生产康明斯6B柴油机轴锻件2万多件,替代了进口,保证了康明斯发动机国产化对曲轴锻件的需求。
This paper describes the forming process of crankshafts of Cummins 6B diesel engine by adopting a die with curved surface joint and direct die forging proeess on a forging press,then analyses some key points in the determinations of processing versions and designing of forging die. The crankshaft forgings of Cummins 6B diesel engine have so far totally been produced more than 20,000 pcs. instead of imports by using the forging process and die,in this way; it promotes the localization of Cummins engine and meets the demand of crankshaft forgings.
