Correct Use and Maintenance of Air Compressor for CA142 Truck

简要介绍了CA142载货车所装用的空压机的结构和性能参数，详细分析了空压机的系气和卸荷两工作过程。认为在使用中应特别注意管路中调压问和安全问的压力值和空滤器的清洗问题。同时提出了对空压机卸行失灵、空压机泵气不足、空压机温度高、空压机有异响等故障的排除方法。

In this paper the construction and performance parameters of an air compressor installed on model CA142 truck are briefly presented, and both the air pumping and unloading procedures are analysed in detail. The authors realized that the pressure amount controlled by relief valve and safety valve in braking air line and the cleaning of its air cleaner must be paid much attention in use. Meanwhile some troubles and their trouble shooting of the compressor, such as failure in unloading, insuficient pump output, high temperatuer and noise, etc., are proposed.
