摘要
对强力喷丸后的表面性能进行试验研究的结果表明,强力喷丸后表面硬度显著提高,残余奥氏体量大大减小;残余应力为高的压应力状态,但粗糙度稍有增加,局部存在显微裂纹。研究分析了这些性能在滚动滑动过程中的动态变化和其对疲劳强度的影响。
The result of experimental research of surface quolity of motor vehicle componentsafter strenrthened shot peeninr shows that surface hardness is rernarkably increased, residueaustenite greatly reduced,residue stress in high compressive state;but surface finish worsen a littleand microcrack appeared. Dynamic change in rolling and sliding procedure and effect on fatiguestrength of the surface guality have been also analized.
