介绍了汽车变速器不解体故障诊断研究的必要性，分析汽车变速器滚动轴承的故障机理，利用振动监测技术，对汽车变速器滚动轴承的故障进行了研究。在对汽车变速器台架模拟试验分析的基础上，探讨了适合汽车变速器滚动轴承故障诊断的方法。

The article argues the point of necessity of trouble diagnosis study for transmission box of mottor vehicle without disassembly, analyses the mechanism of failure of motor vehicle transmission roller bearing and studies the trouble of roller bearing by means of vibration monittoring technigue. It also inquires into the method of trouble diagnosis adaptable to motor vehicle transmission bearing on the basis of bench simulating teat and analysis of motor vehicle transmission box.
