曲轴动平衡机的微机测试系统

摘要 分析了传统老式曲轴动平衡机电测系统在使用时存在的问题,介绍了一种自行研制的曲轴动平衡机微机测试系统的构成、工作原理和功能特点。两种测试系统的对比试验表明,后者具有较强的适应性和扩展性,可以和各种规格型号的软、硬支承平衡机匹配,且效率明显提高。 A crankshaft dynamic balancer with microprocessor measuring system has been developed by the test machine factory themselves after analysis of the problems existed during opevation of electrical measuring system on conventional old fasioned crankshaft balancer. The article presents the construction, working principle and functional features. Comparative tests of both measuring systems mentioned above show that the microprocessor measuring system is more adaptable and expandable,may be matched with soft or hard support balancers of various specifications and models,and efficiency can be remarkably raised.
