Research and Development of Gummed Paper Gasket Stock for Motor Vehicle

为了提高密封材料的性能，改善汽车的渗漏油现象，达到降低成本的目的，研制并开发了汽车用平面密封衬垫材料──含胶纸板。通过对含胶纸板特性的分析和探索性试验，确定了最佳含胶量及胶种，并进行了性能试验、产品台架试验和装车使用试验、取得了很好的效果。

A sealing gasket stock gummed paper plate-has been researched and developed for motor vehicle in order to promote the quality of sealing stock,prevent automotive components from leaking and reduce the cost. Optimum gum sort and gum content have been determined by analysis and exploratory tests for the characteristics of the gummed paper plate.Excellent result has been obtained from property test of the stock and bench and road tests of components.
