摘要
城市垃圾的无害化、减量化、资源化处理是当前迫在眉睫的工作,作者重点研究了模拟上海市生活垃圾堆肥化处理的规律,在水分、垃圾成分固定的前提下,研究了堆肥温度与堆肥速率之间的关系,从而可得最佳堆肥工艺,以上海市模拟垃圾而言,最佳堆肥温度为47℃,堆肥时间7—8天。为了强化堆肥处理,又研究了 Dano 生物稳定堆肥装置,使同样的模拟垃圾,堆肥时间从7—8天缩短至3—4天。并提供了一种新型的处理工艺和设备,这对城市垃圾的处理更具有现实意义。
The reducton of MSW in volume,its treatment to cause no harm to praple andits exploitation as resources are emergency task for the time being.This paper studiedmainly the regularity in composting treatment of imitative Shanghai MSW.Underthe condition of constant water volume and waste composition studied the authors therelationship between composting temperature and composting velocity and found thatthe optimum composting temperature is 47℃,and the tempesting time is 7 to 8 daysFor Shanghai imitative MSW.This paper also studied.Dane biostabilizer composting device to intensify com-posting treatment.Dane biostabilizer compesting device would shorten composting timeto 4 days.It suppulied a new and useful process technology and equipment for MSWtreatment.
