摘要
研究了进口TMC体系用于合成反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)的聚合活性及其动力学行为。结果表明,以三异丁基铝为助催化剂,催化剂效率(CE)随着单体浓度加大,聚合温度上升和聚合时间延长而提高。当采用溶剂→单体→Al→Ti为加料顺序,以甲苯为溶剂,在Al/Ti=50(mol/mol),Tp=60℃时的最大催化剂效率可达4000~5000gTPI/gTi。初步动力学研究表明,聚合反应速率对单体浓度呈一级反应,聚合表观活化能为33kJ/mol。
The kinetics of isoprene polymerization with TMC system and the catalystic activity in the Polymerization system were studied. The best value of the catalytic efficiency (CE)exceeded 4000 ̄5000 gTPI/gTi under the favourable conditions. The apparent activation energy of the polymerization was about 33kJ/mol.
