工业锅炉房设置备用锅炉的判别准则

A CRITERION FOR INSTALLING RESERVED BOILERS IN INDUSTRIAL BOILER HOUSES

至今尚未有判定工业锅炉房应否设置备用锅炉的数量化的方法。本文利用概率论和技术经济学的方法,对常年热负荷变化不大的工业锅炉房供热的可靠性进行了分析,并比较了设置备用锅炉前后工业企业产生的社会纯收入,得到了一个判定工业锅炉房应设置备用锅炉的准则还指出了一些值得进行研究的工业锅炉房的基础数据。

There has been no method as yet for assessing quantitatively whether or not it is profita-ble to instal reserved boilers in industrial boiler houses.For the sake of judging therationality of setting up a reserved boiler in a boiler house of which the daily heat loads in ayear are not very variable,this paper presents a criterion obtained by using the methods ofprobability theory and technical economics,and from an analysis of the heat supply reliabilityand a comparison between the social net incomes of the two alternatives.In addition severalbasic data of boiler houses worth researching are proposed.
