摘要
本文用有限元素法建立织编机机架的力学模型,并计算了机架的低阶固有频率及相应的振型。机架是一带有集中质量的板-梁组合结构。墙板划分成板单元。引入了特殊的梁单元来处理墙板上的加强筋。以保证加强筋与墙板间满足位移连续。墙板与撑档之间的螺栓联结则采用扭簧来模拟。计算结果与实验测试结果基本吻合。
The natural modes and frequencies of the framework of a knit-weaving machine are de-termined and its mechanic model established on the basis of finite element method.Theframework is a composite structure of plates and beams with concentrated masses.Theframe sides are divided into plate elements.In order to ensure the continuity of the displace-ments between the frame sides and the reinforcing ribs,special beam elements are introducedto represent the reinforcing ribs.The bolts connecting the frame sides and the stay bars aresimulated by twist springs.The analytic result basically agrees with that from test.
