SIMULATION AND OPTIMIZATION OF PERT

本文介绍了计划评审技术中主要问题的求解方法:时间参数的模拟方法;资源限定条件下总周期最短的资源平衡方法;周期不变情况下的资源均衡方法和时间费用问题的线性规划模型。计划网络的模拟方法比常规方法能提供更多的有用信息。因此这种方法更可靠、更实用。本文给出了求解这些问题的数学模型及算法。

This paper presents some methods of solving main problems in PERT.They include thesimulation methods for time parameters,the methods for resource balance under limited re-source conditions tO expect the general periods,either to be the shortest or to be fixed,and thelinear programming model for cost and time optimization.The simulation methods ofPERT suggested by the authors can provide more useful information than conventionalmethods.Therefore these methods are more reliable and more practical.The mathematicalmodels and algorithms used to solve these problems are also given.
