摘要
本文概述了动态子结构法及试验模态综合技术的发展状况,分析了采用动态剩余模态的试验模态综合技术所产生的误差。进行了减小误差因素的相应理论研究。研究了子结构主模态归一化过程中试验数据的修正以及理论质量矩阵修正,研究了对试验实测的动态剩余模态的非线性修正。通过对航天运载器的实际应用,证明本文提出理论方法及手段是正确和有效的,它对该技术成熟地应用于大型复杂结构,解决全结构动力学试验面临的困难方面作了踏实而富有意义的工作。
In this paper, the method of dynamic substructure and the technology of experimental component mode synthesis (ECMS) was summarized, the error of ECMS by the application of dynamic residual modes was analyzed. Connecting to it, the method to reduce error was researched. The method to amend experimental data and theoretical mass matrix was researched in the process of normalization ofsubstructure's main modes, and the method to amend experimental dynamic residual modes was researchedtoo. The correctness of principle and formulas was demonstrated by the real application to a large-sizedrocket. All these was steady and significant in respect of applying this method to the large and complicatedstructure which solving the difficult faced by whole structrue's experiment.
