摘要
研究了盐酸直接浸取钛铁矿的浸取动力学。探讨了浸取过程的速率控制步骤。结果表明,浸取过程符合一级反应的收缩未反应芯模型,过程速率为表面化学反应速率控制,得到了浸取除铁反应组合速率常数的宏观动力学方程。
The reaction kinetics leadding ilmenite directly by hydrochloric acid was investigsted.The rate-controlling step in leaching Process is didscued. The leaching Process was dealt with by nonreactive shrinking center model with one stage chemical reaction. The proceed rate was determined by surface chemical reaction rate. The macro-kinetic equation of combined rate conStant was obtained.
