摘要
利用ECSS工程化学模拟系统,以苯-甲苯物系分离为考察对象,对回流比(R)、进料位置以及塔顶采出率D/F对精馏塔操作的影响做了一系列的定量分析,并得到了许多有实用价值的结论。
The effects of reflux ratio R, feeding coition and productivity of overhead D/F on theoperation of rectification tower are quantitatively analyzed by using the Engineering Chemical Simulation System(ECSS). And this is discussed in the process of separation of benzene-toluene mixture system. Practical useful conclusion are drawn from the analysis.
