Mechanical principle of Inside--Outsite Fixed Configuration(I) of Fracture of Long Bone

本固定器用于长管骨骨折的复位和康复。根据长管骨的受力特点，将骨折部位的承载引出体外，使骨折断口部位仅受轻微作用，不发生影响愈合的物理形变与力学应力。

This fixed configuration is used to restore the fractures of long bones to make them grow to the healthy condition. According to the long bonel S character when it is Prced,the configuration shifts most of the pressure exerted on the fyacture out of the body,leaving a part on the fracture and without resulting in the strain and stress which do not have undesired effect on the recovery.
