荧光法测定正丙醇在AEO_9胶束体系中的分配性

摘要 正丙醇与水完全互溶,但在AEO9胶束溶液体系中,正丙醇一部分存在于水连续相中,另一部分被吸附在胶束界面,或定位于胶束的栅栏层中与AEO9形成膜相。荧光测定表明,结合常数KMW和正丙醇在连续相与胶束相中的分配系数PMW随正丙醇含量的增加而呈线性增加;被吸附于胶束界面、或定位于胶束栅栏层中的正丙醇分子数,在AEO9的一定含量下,随着正丙醇含量的增加而增加,在确定正丙醇含量下,随AEO9浓度的增加,被吸附于胶束上正丙醇总摩尔分数也增加,但正丙醇与AEO9分子数之比r降低。 There is compatibility between n-propanol and water. But if the micellar solution system contains AEO9 a part of n-prompol exists in the continuous phase of water while the rest of it is adsorbed on the mecellar interface or located in the micellar laxnellate layer to combine with AEO9,thus resulting in a membrance layer. The fluorence determination indicates: the associate constant KMW and the distribution factor PMW of n-propanol for the continuous phase and the micellar phase,increase linearly with the increase of n-prompol content;in the presence of AEO9 the number of npropanol molecules, which are adsorbed on the micellar interface or located in the micellar larnellate layer, is getting larger when n-propanol content is growing; and when there is a definite amount of npropanol the toeal molecular fraCtion of n-propanol also swells during the rise of AEO9 concentration whereas on this condition the number ratio of n-propanol molecules to AEO9 molecules decreases.
