30％灭铃光乳油分析方法的研究

Analysis of Mielingguang in Industrial Oil

首次报道了灭铃光乳油中各有效成分的全分析方法。采用了气相色谱法及液相色谱技术对灭铃光乳油中的高效氯氰菊酯，辛硫磷和马拉硫磷进行了测定。采用气相色谱法测定氯氰菊酯的总酯含量，然后用正相液相色谱法分离异构体，求出高效体含量；采用反相高效液相色谱法测定辛硫磷的含量；采用气相色谱法测定马拉硫磷的含量。本法用于实际样品分析，结果令人满意，并与理论进行对照，结果吻合，建立了一个适宜于工厂质量控制的全分析方法。

A new method to detect ingredients of mielinggdang in industrial oil was developed. Gas chromatography and obverse high performance liquid chromatography were used for separation and analysis. The optimal conditions were known. The detected value was satisfactory against theory.
