摘要
手掌上有内脏的反映区。子宫的反映区位于大、小鱼际和腕横纹构成的三角区域内。在子宫肿瘤病人的手反映区可以发现特异性皮肤改变，表现为嵴纹消失点、色素点和疣状点。本文对６７例经Ｂ超和临床检查证实为子宫肿瘤病人进行手反映区诊断，并与６０例非子宫肿瘤妇女对照。结果表明，子宫肿瘤组特异性皮肤改变出现率为８６．６％，明显高于对照组的８．３％，差异有极显著性（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示手反映区诊断有助于对子宫肿瘤的诊断及其普查和筛选。
On the hand there are areas reflecting organs condition.The reflex area of the uterus on the hand is in the triangle formed by the thenar,hypothenar and wrist.Special changes in the form of papillona,pigmentation and loss of the ridge can be found in the hand skin of patients suffering from uterine neoplasms.In our study 67 women with uterine neoplasms confirmed by B ultrasonic and clinical examinations were compared with 60 normal women.It was found that special skin change rate was 86.6% in the patients as compared with the 8.3% in normal women.This result suggests the correctness of holographic diagnosis(P<0.001).The method can be used to help the diagnosis of uterine neoplasms and screening survey.
