摘要
采用微量注射法对大鼠侧脑室注入牛磺酸，观察对血压的影响。结果表明，①侧脑室注射牛磺酸可致血压明显降低，并呈现量效依赖关系，差异均有极显著性（Ｐ均＜０．０１）；②侧脑室注射心得安可明显阻断牛磺酸的降压效应，而酚妥拉明对牛磺酸的降压效应无明显影响。提示侧脑室注射牛磺酸引起的降压效应与肾上腺素能β－受体的活动有关。
The effect and mechanism of taurine on blood pressure were investigated by microinjections into cerebroventricle of rats.The results were as follows:①Taurine injected decreased blood pressure and induced a dose-ependent relationship.②The depressor response of taurine could be antagonized by proprenolol,but not by phentolamine.The results show that the cardiovascular effects of taurine appears to be mediated β-adrenergically.
