摘要
采用放射免疫方法检测发现，体外培养的人胃癌细胞株ＭＫＮ４５培养液中含有胃泌素，癌细胞增殖时，胃泌素值升高，两者呈正相关（ｒ＝０．９９８，Ｐ＜０．０５），结果提示ＭＫＮ４５是一种胃泌素依赖性胃癌，为胃癌的内分泌治疗提供了实验依据。
Gastrin was found to exist in human gastric carcinoma cell line MKN45 culture medium in vitro by means of radioimmunoassay and was measured.The result showed that the level of gastrin rose with the growth of gastric carcinoma cells;they were positively correlated; This indicates that MKN45 is gastrin-dependent and supplies experimental data for encrinotherapy of gastric carcinoma.
