摘要
肉眼及双目解剖镜下观察与测量了６０例成人翼内肌的血管与神经的来源、行程及分支分布。结果表明，面动脉及其分支供应翼内肌，其中腭升动脉口径粗（１．４ｍｍ）、分支多（６～１０支），且全部进入翼内肌，是其主要营养动脉。翼内肌由下领神经前干发出的分支支配，可分成低分支型（３８例，占６３％）和高分支型（２２例，占３７％）两型。就结果探讨了有关问题。
The origin,route,and distribution of arteries and nerves of 60 medial pterygoid muscles in 30 human autopsy cases were observed and measured under the stereoscope. The result showed that the facial artery and its branches supply the medial pterygoid muscle and the ascending palatine artery,which has a big diameter and more branches,is the main nutritional vessel of the medial pterygoid muscle.The innervation of the medial pterygoid muscle can be divided into low branch(38 cases,63%)and high branch types(22 cases,37%).The related problems in this study are discussed.
