摘要
采用关节镜下手术处理１０例盘状半月板损伤病人，尽量采取保留正常部分的半月板成形术。术后０．５～２．０年随访８例，疗效优良者６例，优良率为７５％。指出关节镜下盘状半月板手术虽有一定难度，但仍应取积极态度。
This is a report on 10 cases of discoid meniscal injury undergoing arthroscopic meniscectomy. The central and torn portions of the lateral discoid meniscus was removed and the semilunar-shaped peripheral portion wasleft untouched.Out of 8 cases followed up for a half to two years,6 showed an excellent result(75%).We are of the opinion that the arthroscopic technique should be used although it may involve some difficulty.
