摘要
应用同位素32P后标记方法,对腹腔注射染苯小鼠外周血白细胞DNA加合物进行检测。结果表明,苯在体内可形成至少2种加合物,并经D5层析排除了游离同位素产生的假斑。提示该方法对苯毒作用及致癌机理研究和对职业人群早期生物学监测具有重要意义。
This paper reports toxicologic research on DNA adducts of benzene by using 32P-postlabeling technique. We found at least two kinds of benzene-DNA adducts formed in peripheral leukocytes of mice after I. P.administration. This method is very important for the biomonitoring of people exposed to benzene and for the study of toxicity of benzene and its carcinogenic mechanism.
