摘要
本文建立了反相高压液相色谱测定植酸的方法。采用ＺｏｒｂｏｘＣ８色谱柱和０．０２５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢钾为流动相，流速为０．５ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，用５％三氯乙酸抽提样品，抽提液过滤后直接注入色谱柱测定，用紫外检测器检测植酸，检测波长为２５４ｎｍ，在１０～８０μｇ范围内，线性回归方程为Ｙ＝０．０３１７＋０．００９６２８Ｘ（ｒ＝０．９９９５）。本方法应用于食品中植酸测定，与分光光度法所测结果进行比较，差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for determination of phytic acid is described.After being extracted with 5% TCA,the samples were directly injected into Zorbax C8 column.0.025%mol/L KH2PO4 was used as mobile phase with a flow rate of 0.5ml/min.Bhytic acid was determined with UV detector at 254nm.Over the weight range of 10～80μm,the linear regression equation was:Y=0.0317+0.009628Xr=0.9995).The method has been successfully employed to determine the phytic acid in different foods,The results are satisfactory in comparison with those obtained with colorimetry(P>0.05),
