摘要
检测了64例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)病人红细胞镁(E-Mg(2+))浓度变化,同时观察了镁在体外对NIDDM病人红细胞变形能力(ED)、红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性、E-Mg(2+)和红细胞钙(E-Ca(2+))浓度的影响。结果显示,NIDDM病HE-Mg(2+)浓度较对照组明显降低(P<0.001),有血管病变者降低更明显。NIDDM病人红细胞与镁共同孵育后,红细胞滤过指数(IF)、E-Ca(2+)明显降低,E-Mg(2+)和红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性明显增高,与孵育前比较差异有极显著性(P<0.001),与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。提示镁对改善NIDDM病人血液流变学、减少血管病变的发生有重要意义。
The concentration of erythrocyte magnesium(E-Mg(2+) was measured in patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM),and the effect of magnesium on the erythrocyte deformability(ED), erythrocyte membrane Na+-K+-ATPase activity and the concentration of erythrocyte calcium (E-Ca(2+) in patients were observed in vitro.The results showed that the concentration of E-Mg(2+)was significantly lower in patients than in the controls(P<0.001).The abnormalities of E-Mg(2+)in patients with vascular lesions was more obvious than those in patients without vascular lesions.After the patients,erythrocyte was incubated with magnesium,the E-Mg(2+)concentration and Na+-K+-ATPase activity was significantly higher and E-Ca(2+) concentration and erythrocyte filtration index(IF)significantly lower,as compared with the group before the incubation(P<0.001).These results indicate that magnesium is more effective in improving the blood rheology and reducing the occurrance of vascular lesions in patients with NIDDM.
