摘要
利用减压舱模拟海拔5000米低氧并采用放射免疫的方法,观察了大鼠大脑皮层和小脑内信息物质浓度的变化,并比较了两部位间的含量差异.以西宁地区海拔2260米作为对照,发现:高海拔低氧可引起大鼠脑内cAMP含量升高,尤以小脑显著(P=0.005).小脑cGMP的含量同时也升高。但在同海拔高度,大、小脑cGMP的含量未见显著性差异.表明脑内信息物质参与了脑缺氧反应.
We had observed the concents of massenger substances in the rat brain by imitating the elevation of 5000 metres in a decompression cabin and measuring with radioimmunoassay (RIA).The difference of concents between cerebral cortex and cerebellum had been compared.The elevation of Xining(2260m) was used as contraSt.The resultS showed that cAMP concents was increased in the rat brain especially in cerebellum when they were at high elevation.The concents of cGMP was increased in cerebellum,too.The contrast of cGMP between cerebral cortex and cerebellum was not different.The resultS suggested that the massenger substances in the brain participated in the brain hypoxia reaction.
