摘要
本文给出了一类特殊拟正则半群，即群的矩阵的膨胀的一系列刻划。在给出它的若干特征之后，指出这一类半群也是群的矩阵的幂零元－理想扩张，但反之未必成立。最后，专门给出了它的结构定理。
In this Paper,we have given some characteristics and strudctures of a kind SPecieal quasi regular semigroups,that is,the inflation of matrix of groups.Also,after some prelimenaries,We have Obtained that the semigroup is further nil-extension of the matrix of groups,but the converse is not all true.In the last,the structure theorem has been established specially.
