摘要
采用异硫氰酸胍变性法提取鸡外周血淋巴细胞总RNA,通过斑点杂交试验探索了以糖皮质激素受体cDNA为探针定量检测鸡糖皮质激素受体mRNA的简便快速方法。
The total RNA in peripheral blood lymphocyte of chick was extracted by means of isothiocyanate degeneration in this study. A simpleand rapid method for quantitatively detecting the glucocorticold receptor mRNA in chick was preliminary developed by using spot hy- bridization test with glucocorticold receptor cDNA as probe.
