摘要
应用红外吸收光谱法,对从牛羊脂制备的高级脂肪酸钙进行实验研究。通过计算机睑索特征性吸收峰值,确定样品结构,并对样品红外图谱的吸收带进行讨论。
Hi-fatty acid calcium,made from tallow,was stu- died by using the infrared spectrometry.Its character absorption bands were searched with the aid of computer,its structure was identi- fied.The absorption bands of infrared atlas of the samples were also discussed.
