摘要
对青海省70峰莫河双峰驼的十项肝功能试验指标测定结果:ZnTT-2.22±0.88孔氏单位;TTT-1.62±0.68麦氏单位;GPT 活性-4.07±1.53IU/L;GOT 活性--45.78±9.19IU/L;血清总蛋白70.83±8.80g/L;白蛋白51.24±8.81g/L;球蛋白19.51±5.51g/L;血清蛋白组分——白蛋白72.30±7.71%,α_1-球蛋白2.24±1.21%、α_2-球蛋白2.79±1.33%、β-球蛋白8.08±3.16%、γ-球蛋白14.45±7.98%;A/G 之比一2.90±1.14。同时对幼、成驼之间的肝功能试验指标测定结果进行了比较。
Seventy bactrian camels in Qinghai Province were used to measure ten indexes of liver function test,The values of indexes were as follows:ZnTT,2.22±0.88 Kunkel's U;TTT,1.62±0.68 Mac- lagan's U;GPT,4.07±1.53 IU/L;GOT,45.78±9.19 IU/L;serum total protein concentration,70.83±8.80 g/L;serum albumin concen- tration,51.24±8.81 g/L;serum globulin concentration;19.51±5.51g/ L;serum protein fraction(%)—albumin,72.30±7.71,α_1-globulin, 2.24±1.21,α_2-globulin,2.79±1.33,β-globulin,8.08±3.16,γ-globu- lin,14.45±7.98;A/G,2.90±1.33.In addition,the indexes of liver function test in the young camels were campared with those of adult camels.
