电导法配合Logistic方程确定燕麦冰冻半致死温度 被引量:9

摘要 采用电导法对8个燕麦品种在不同低温下细胞膜透性改变情况进行研究,然后配合Logistic方程求拐点值确定冰冻半致死温度(LT_(50))。试验结果:低温处理下,燕麦组织电解质透出率增加呈S形曲线增长,在-4℃~-10℃之间随着温度的下降,燕麦组织电解质透出率有一急剧升高的敏感区域;燕麦品种LT_(50)在-3.3~-8.0之间;品种永久12抗冻性最强,品种Victory其次,品种Athabasca抗冻性最差。 Electrical conductivity method was used to determine the changes of cell mem-brane permeability of 8 oat varieties after freezing treatments,and the inflectional points oflogistic epuations were taken as freezing lethal temperature of 50%(LT_(50)). The resultsshowed that the electrolyte leakage percentage of oat tissue increatqed following a“S” shape.There was a sensitive range between the temperature of -4℃~-10℃ in which the electrolyteleakage of the tissue increased quickly. The LT_(50) of all varieties were between -3.3~-8.0℃.The freezing tolerance was the highest for the variety of YG-12,higher for Victory and low-est for Athabasca.
