青海本地驴血清白蛋白及其多态性研究

Investigation on Concentration and Polymorphism of Serum Albumin in Qinghai Native Donkeys

采用折射计法和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对８７匹青海本地驴血清白蛋白及其多态性进行了研究。结果表明：①青海本地驴血清白蛋白含量为３４．２９ｇ／Ｌ，占血清总蛋白的４６．６５％；②前白蛋白位点呈单态；③白蛋白位点有ＡＬＢＣＣ和ＡＬＢＣＤ两种表型，其ＡＬＢ￣Ｃ和ＡＬＢ￣Ｄ等位基因频率分别为０．８５６３和０．１４３７；④后白蛋白位点有ＰｏＡＡＡ，ＰｏＡＡＢ和ＰｏＡＢＢ三种表型，其ＰｏＡ￣Ａ和ＰｏＡ￣Ｂ等位基因频率分别为０．１１６３和０．８８３７。

Eighty-seven Qinghai native donkeys were used to investigate the concentra-tion and the polymorphism of serum albumin by means of a refractometer and a polyacry-lamide gel electrophoresis, The results were as follows:(1)The concentration of serum albu-min in Qinghai native donkeys was 34. 29g/L,it accounts for 46. 65% of total serum protein.(2)There was a monomorphism on the prealbumin locus.(3)There were two phenotypes in-cluding ALB CC and ALB CD types on the albumin locus. The frequencies of ALB￣C and ALB￣Dalleles were 0. 8563 and 0. 1437 resp,(4 ) There were three phenotypes including PoA AA,PoA AB and PoA BB types on the postalbumin. The frequencic,of PoA￣A and PoA￣B alleleswere 0. 1163 and 0. 8837 resp.
