摘要
用对羟基联苯比色法测得驴血乳酸含量为１．８５±０．５５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ其中：公、骟驴为１．８６±０．５４ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，母驴（包括孕驴）为１．８５±０．５７ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ；０．５～２岁驴为１．７０±０．５６ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，２岁以上者为１．９０±０．６４ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，不同性别、年龄之间无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）
The blood lactic acid(BLA) levels in donkeys were determined by means of p-hydroxydiphenyl colorimetry. The average BLA level in all donkeys was 1.85± 0. 55m mol/L. Out of it,the average BLA level in male and castrated donkeys was 1 86± 0. 54m mol/L;that in female donkeys(including pregnant ones),the donkeys at age of 0. 5 to 2,the donkeysover 2 years were 1. 85± 0.57m mol/L,1. 70±0.56m mol/Land 1.90±0.64m mol/L re-spectively. There were no significant differences in BLA level between different sexes and be-tween different ages (P>0. 05).
