以单位面积营养物质的产量作指标来确定四种牧草的最佳收获期，沙打旺为８月下旬，苜蓿８月下旬到９月的初花期一结荚期，草木樨为７月底的现蕾－初花期，朝鲜碱茅为７月中旬的抽穗－开花期。
The optimum harvest periods for 4 hcrbagc species were determined based onthe yields of crude protein per unit area. Respectively,they were the last ten days of Augustfor Astragalus adsurgens,from the last ten days of August to begining of september(earlyflower to pod stage)for Medicago setiva,the last ten days of July(bud to early flower) forMelilotus albus and middle ten days of July(heading to anthesis)for Pucinellia chinampoen-sis.
