摘要
对狐精液进行冷冻试验，筛选出Ⅰ号和Ⅲ号两种稀释液，冷冻精液颗粒剂量为０．１ｍｌ，解冻温度４２～４５℃，冷冻方法采用铜纱网和氟板漂浮法均可。
Two diluents that can be used in fox semen freezing were selected in anexperi-ment,the semen dosage for frozen pellet semen and the defrosting temperature were 0.1mland 42～45℃ resp,the semen may be frozen on fluorine board or copper net.
