摘要
实验室驯化的中华按蚊,通过人胎盘膜,吸取含马来丝虫微丝蚴的新鲜兔血而获感染。在相对湿度为75—85%,温度为28℃的实验条件下,观察了中华按蚊感染马来丝虫后感染期幼虫在故体内移行情况。结果表明,感染期幼虫一旦成熟,立即开始移行。离开胸肌的幼虫首先大部分移向腹部,少数移向头喙部,随后,头喙部幼虫逐渐增多,腹部胸部幼虫比例波动不定,平均感染期幼虫有递减趋势。
Observation was carried out on the migration of infective larvae within Anopheles sinensis infected with microfilariae of Brugia malayi through an artificial membrane and maitained at 28℃ and r. h 75-85%. Analysis of the result data showed that a few of infective larvae were found within the mosquitoes 7 days post infection (p. i),most of them were searched out 8 days p. i,the larvae began to migrate out of the flight muscles once being mature. Most of the larvae migrated into the abdomen of the flies first, then the rate of the larvae within the head and proboscis increased gradually until the maximum of 19. 47 % was reached 12 days p. i. The rate of the larvae within the thorax and the abdomen changed irregularly. the mean of the larvae within the mosquitoes decreased slowly.
