移居与世居高原青年人外周血淋巴细胞ANAE反应模型的探讨 被引量:5

THE EXPLORATION ON REACTIVE PATTERN OF ANAE REACTION OF LYMPHOCYTES FROM THE PERIPHERAL BLOOD OF MIGRANTS WITH NATIVE YOUTH IN PLATEAU

摘要 本文用α—醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)反应标记淋巴细胞的化学方法,对从平原地区移居到青海玉树地区(海拔3800m),3—8个月内的78例正常青年人(汉族)及世居玉树地区105例正常藏族青年人外周血淋巴细胞阳性率进行了研究。移居组青年人外周血T细胞的总阳性率为61.13±6.44%;世居组青年人外周血T细胞的总阳性率为77.96±6.83%。结果表明,移居组青年人外固血T细胞ANAE总阳性率及“点状颗粒型”显著低于世居组青年人(P<0.01),而移居组“弥散颗粒型”T细胞的百分率高于世居组(P<0.05)。结果还表明世居藏族青年人T细胞的正常值与国内外各民族健康青年人正常值相接近,本实验结果提示两点:①高原缺氧对移居人群的免疫功能有一定影响,可引起T细胞亚群之间的协调关系失去平衡,是高原易罹患感冒病毒等感染性疾病的佐症。②为世居藏族人群对高原适应机制提供了一个有意义的参数。 The paper studies by using the cytochemical ANAE reaction of marking lymphocytes that ercentage of positive ANAE reaction of lymphocytes from the perepheral blood of 78 migrants healthy youth (Han nationality) who moved from plain to high plateau (Yu Shu area with the altitude of 3800m )and of 105 healthy Tibetan ones (with the altitude of 3800m ). The results are as follows:the totol positive rate of the ANAE reaction of the T lymphocytes of the peripheral blood of the migrant group and the native group were 61. 13± 6. 44 % and 77. 96± 6. 83 respectively. The results show that the number of the T lymphocytes of the peripheral blood of the migrant group and 'dot partical type'is evidentiy lower than that of the native group (P<0.01). But the number of 'dispersed particle type 'of the lymphocytes of the migrant group is higher than that of the native group (P<0.05). The result also shows that the normal value of T lymphocytes in the native Tibetan youth is the approach as that of all kinds of nationalities at home and abroad. And also,our experiment result imply:(1)Hypoxia in plateau greatly influences immunity function of the migrants,which lends to the incoordination among T subordinate lymphocytes and infectious diseases eas ily.(2)Some important date show the adaptability in plateau of native Tibetan
