口腔颌面部损伤267例临床分析

THE CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 267 CASES OF ORAL AND MAXILLOFACIAL TRAUMAS

本文对经治的267例口腔颌面部损伤病例进行分析，认为损伤类型与致伤原因密切相关；急救处理中应首先解除窒息；依面伤中应先处理颅脑伤，依次再处理颌面伤，眼部伤等。

In the present paper, 267 cases of oral and maxillofacial traumas were analysed and considered that the types of trumas were concerned with the cause of injuries. It is very important that relieve suffocation at first in emergency treatment. Similarly in the skulled and maxilllofacial traumas,the skulled traumas should be treated at first and then treat oral and maxillofacial or eye traumas.
