局部注射平阳霉素·利多卡因联合液氮冷冻治疗寻常疣70例临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVAT IN ON 70 CASES OF VERRUCA VULGARISTREUTED WITH TOPICAL INJECTION OF BLEOMYCINE,LIDOCAINE AND LIQUIAL NITROQEN

寻常疣为皮肤科常见病和多发病，我们采用局部注射平阳霉素、利多卡因联合使用，配合液氮冷冻治疗，获得较好疗效。将120例患者随机双盲分成两组，观察组70例（联合疗法）总有效率98．5％，对照组50例（单纯冷冻法）总有效率84％（P＜0．01），观察组优于对照组。从临床效果看，采用联合法治疗寻常疣具有痛苦小，疗程短，疗效高的优点，对于单独用液氮冷冻不易去除的较大，较深的疣体疗效更为理想。

Verruca vulgaris is a common skin disease. A treatment of topical injection ofBleomycine and Lidocaine and liquid nitrogen cryo treatment was used in a 70 case study group. The effect ratio is 98. 5%,The effect of this treatment is compared with a 50 case contrast group (only cryo treatment, effect ratio is 84%). (P<0.01). on the bases of clinical investigation,we concluded that the combined treatment is very useful for the big and deep lesions.
